Hirai Certified Tax Accountant Office was founded in August 2004. I hope our clients' businesses grow steadily with the cooperation of our professional services

Background
(Licensed Tax Accountant) Yoshikazu Hirai

I have worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan Tax practice for the period from November 2000 to July 2004. My latest position was a manager of Financial Service Division. I resigned from the PwC on July 31, 2004 in order to open my own tax accountancy in Tokyo.  

I have performed (a) Tax compliance services, (2) Tax consulting services, (3) Accounting services and (4) Payroll and bookkeeping services as a tax accountant. 

Prior to joining PwC, I worked for a Municipal Government (Shizuoka Prefecture, local tax collection division from April 1989 to March 1991) and an Extra-Governments Organization (Japan Green Resources Corporation, mainly accounting division from January 1992 to October 2000). When I worked for the organization, I was seconded to the Ministry of Agriculture of Japan, regional planning division from April 1994 to March 1995).
